The EIBT (European Institute of Baking Technology) unites our national and international activities in the field of baking and grain technology. EIBT offers specific services for your company in the bakery sector - whether industry or small business. On the basis of raw materials know-how, product and process development as well as knowledge transfer, innovative product ideas evolve which we put into practice with you and for you. Areas of Specialization:

Ingredients & recipes: We optimize and expand these, taking into account technological and nutritional/physiological aspects.

 

Traditional & novel: We combine traditional baked goods’ production with the use of new ingredients.

 

Innovative processes: We develop new processes for the entire baked goods’ production process. The aims are increased efficiency and implementation in existing manufacturing processes compatible with both process and product.

 

Analytics: We have at our disposal standard analysis methods as well as specific analysis facilities for raw material, process and product characterization for quality control.

 

Further training: Practical applications for new processes and current technology applications are topics we teach in our seminars and workshops.
