Slow Food 2012
This year too the ttz Bremerhaven supports the Slow Food initiative. Variety in taste and sustainable production are cultural assets that have to be preserved. The research service providers from the Weser combines this traditional aspiration with modern zeitgeist, for example in food design. With the motto 'physics yes, chemistry no' the ttz Bremerhaven furthermore researches food production procedures that eliminate the need for the use of additives.
