Presentation of the EU-project NANODETECT on the World Expo in Shanghai

Matthias Kück, the head of the institute 'Bio Process Technology and Food Production' at the ttz Bremerhaven has been invited by the European Commission to the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai in order to present the latest achievements of the EU-project NANODETECT.

During the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai a conference for the enhancement of food quality takes place. Experts will discuss about current issues and trends of food safety and processing. For this purpose, also the ttz Bremerhaven has been invited by the European Commission as one of five European research institutions in order to participate in a Show-Case event and to present latest findings of related projects.

The aim of the project is to develop nanosensors for the detection of quality parameters along the food chain.
