The workshop series on wheat and gluten free baked goods is a response to changing customer demands with regard to the ingredients of baked goods . To stay on the cutting edge of knowledge and production techniques invites the UCC to two workshops of 14 to May 15, 2015 . Partner of the workshops include: Association of Plant Bakers ( AIBI ) eV Fédération des Entreprises de Boulangerie (FEB) , Spanish Association of Frozen Dough ( ASEMAC ) , and the German Federation of Bakers .
